We want to empower productions to work more circularly and efficiently when it comes to assets, and we believe that simplifying processes and planning as early as possible is key to unlocking this.
Asset Policy Builder was built out of close collaboration with crew. We know that the process of managing assets can be painful; departments are often siloed, asset lists are lost or outdated, clunky spreadsheets may be in use, and valuable items may be lost or thrown away. Our goal was to tackle these challenges head-on. With our new tool, we're helping productions to get organised from day one, skipping the faff and panic that often comes with reshoots, wrap, and reuse.
While we continue to beta test Asset Policy Builder, we are welcoming professionals that handle assets (asset managers, sustainability coordinators, production management) to apply for our trial.
