Michaele Apostolides

Mac is an experienced Director, playing a key role in the CAMA Group’s evolution as a 120-year old business (tracing its roots back to Mark Lane, London in 1900) all the way through to the innovative organisation that it is today in 2024.  

As the CAMA Group has grown, Mac has continually adapted its services by uniquely understanding our customers’ challenges and designing practical, simple, and cost-effective solutions to meet their needs. In 2020, Mac formally joined forces with our Co-Founder Tristian and together they founded AssetFlow.  

The highlight of Mac’s career has been leading and empowering the team, enabling us to tackle the most pressing issues facing the film and TV industry today. Mac is skilled at working with productions and studios in true collaboration; he supports our clients to become more circular and sustainable not only because it makes moral sense, but because it bolsters the economic sustainability of this industry as we move into climates increasingly shaped by both financial and environmental pressure.  

In doing this work and combining his leadership experience with Tristian’s technical background, Mac has become a leader in the asset management space for film and television. Having spoken on BAFTA albert and Northern Ireland Screen panels centered around tech, efficiency, and circularity, Mac continues to demonstrate that our asset management solutions are truly one-of-a-kind, advancing production into a more sustainable, technologically-advanced future.
